Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve AWS architecture to support the growth of users and developers.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Build proofs of concept and conduct technology monitoring.
  • Ensure platform availability through incident management and recovery automation.
  • Optimize application performance, database management, and infrastructure costs.
  • Define and apply security standards covering encryption, access management, and log retention.
  • Ensure infrastructure processes comply with fintech requirements.
  • Work with Engineering Managers to gather needs and align technical decisions.
  • Document and promote operational best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience for the mid-level track or 5+ years for the senior track as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
  • Strong interest and experience in operations and infrastructure.
  • Significant experience with one or more cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OVH, or Scaleway.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance practices.
  • Ability to analyze performance and optimize costs.
  • Strong technical collaboration and communication skills.
