Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and teams to understand workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Redesign processes by removing unnecessary steps and creating simpler, more scalable ways of working.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, and related tools.
- Integrate existing tools and systems through APIs and automation platforms.
- Document solutions, establish processes and guardrails, and enable teams to maintain and adopt the automations.
- Measure time saved, capacity created, and efficiency gains to evaluate and prioritize automation work.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience taking ambiguous automation problems from idea through implementation, maintenance, and measurable impact.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI.
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions and integrating systems through APIs.
- Comfort with Python or a similar programming language, SQL, databases, and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Familiarity with Git, Vercel, Railway, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, access controls, sensitive information handling, and appropriate safeguards.
- Ability to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, work independently, and drive projects through implementation and iteration.
- Ability to document work, establish practical guardrails, and enable teams to use and maintain solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with workflow orchestration or RPA tools, data pipelines or BI tooling, and restaurant technology or vertical SaaS.
