Responsibilities
- Align and support continuous integration and continuous deployment for applications.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle, including building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting software code and onboard applications onto DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Create user-access workflows, configure and customize DevOps tools, and automate testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting needed to connect software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Provide internal and external customer support, resolve tickets within specified turnaround times, follow escalation processes, and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Mandatory DevOps skills.
- Experience with DevOps pipeline automation, application onboarding, infrastructure management, coding or scripting, troubleshooting, and customer support is required by the stated responsibilities.
