Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to clarify functional, non-functional, and performance requirements.
- Review requirements and design documents for clarity, correctness, and testability.
- Maintain and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and testing scope.
- Perform manual system, integration, regression, exploratory, and performance testing.
- Maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, test environments, and test data.
- Analyze test and performance results, manage defects, validate fixes, and support root cause analysis.
- Prepare test reports covering results, defect status, and performance metrics.
- Communicate testing progress, quality status, and release readiness to stakeholders.
- Provide on-site UAT, go-live, post-deployment, customer query, and production issue support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience in testing and support.
- Practical experience with Robot Framework, Playwright, and performance testing tools such as JMeter.
- Strong SQL skills for test data setup and validation, plus API testing experience.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience with customer support, UAT, or production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Mandarin language skill is an added advantage.
