Responsibilities
- Define capabilities and technical designs for Dynamic Tables with engineers and Product Managers.
- Interact with enterprise customers to understand needs and translate them into product and technical roadmaps.
- Drive new capabilities and performance improvements from inception through delivery.
- Build reliable and performant software for large-scale enterprise workloads.
- Analyze and solve performance, correctness, and fault-tolerance challenges in distributed systems.
- Ensure operational readiness and meet customer commitments for reliability, availability, and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience designing and building distributed data systems.
- 3+ years of experience with query compiler internals.
- Experience building enterprise-grade, reliable, and trustworthy software or services.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, relational algebra, or SQL.
- Strong English communication skills and a collaborative approach to mentoring and learning.
