Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of innovative solutions and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer co-innovations.
- Develop and iterate on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) based on feedback.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies to enhance process intelligence.
- Maintain architectural standards and best practices.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions.
- Mentor junior team members in architectural principles.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify market gaps and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar role.
- Strong background in Software Engineering, Integration, Data, and AI.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure architectures.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Spring Boot for backend development.
- Experience with React or Angular for frontend development.
- Hands-on experience in AI, particularly Generative AI, RAGs, and Agents.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience in developing event-driven applications using Kafka or Spark Flink.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of NoSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics.
- Expertise in containerization technologies and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Maven.
- Experience with distributed caching technologies like Hazelcast and Redis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
