Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end implementations and solutions for hotel partners.
- Own the customer technical journey from discovery to deployment.
- Build scalable integration frameworks for future implementations.
- Contribute to hotel onboarding initiatives to reduce time-to-value.
- Shape the product roadmap by surfacing unmet customer needs.
- Develop strategic partnerships with sales and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience shipping production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
- Full-stack generalist with expertise in Ruby on Rails, Typescript, and Node.js.
- Experience with system integrations and building reliable data pipelines.
- Excellent technical communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in industries with complex operational workflows, ideally hospitality or payments.
