Responsibilities

Partner with hotel partners and suppliers to architect, build, and deploy integrations with ERP systems, property management systems, and operational tools.
Lead technical discovery, design custom solutions, scope product specifications, and deliver software that meets customer requirements.
Build scalable, reusable integration frameworks and self-service tools for future implementations.
Identify implementation patterns and develop features that reduce onboarding time and accelerate customer time-to-value.
Surface customer needs, prototype solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.
Develop strategic partnerships with sales, go-to-market teams, and technology partners to create reliable integrations and distribution channels.

5+ years of hands-on experience shipping production systems and driving customer outcomes from concept through deployment.
Experience owning the customer journey from pre-sales discovery through production implementation and ongoing optimization.
Full-stack proficiency with Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Postgres.
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and reliable data pipelines between enterprise systems.
Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills, including translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders and gathering requirements from ambiguous objectives.
Experience building software for complex operational workflows, ideally in hospitality, payments, or marketplace environments.
Comfort working across engineering, product management, technical customer success, and solution architecture.

Remote-first work arrangement.
Quarterly in-person travel with the team, staying with one of the company’s hotel partners.
Daily engineering standup except Friday, with otherwise minimal meetings.
Day-to-day collaboration using Google Meet, GitHub, Linear, Notion, and Slack.
