Responsibilities
- Partner with hotel partners and suppliers to architect, build, and deploy integrations with ERP systems, property management systems, and operational tools.
- Lead technical discovery, design custom solutions, scope product specifications, and deliver software that meets customer requirements.
- Build scalable, reusable integration frameworks and self-service tools for future implementations.
- Identify implementation patterns and develop features that reduce onboarding time and accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Surface customer needs, prototype solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.
- Develop strategic partnerships with sales, go-to-market teams, and technology partners to create reliable integrations and distribution channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience shipping production systems and driving customer outcomes from concept through deployment.
- Experience owning the customer journey from pre-sales discovery through production implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Full-stack proficiency with Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Postgres.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and reliable data pipelines between enterprise systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills, including translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders and gathering requirements from ambiguous objectives.
- Experience building software for complex operational workflows, ideally in hospitality, payments, or marketplace environments.
- Comfort working across engineering, product management, technical customer success, and solution architecture.
