Responsibilities
- Support the new development and continued enhancement of security products, platforms, and services.
- Test new security solutions in laboratory environments.
- Contribute to the definition of standards and creation of best-practice guides.
- Help bring Mobile, Wireline, and Security products to market.
- Support B2B customers from awareness and purchase through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Work with technology and market experts, Product Owners, Cyber Security Engineers, and other agile roles.
- Convince and engage internal stakeholders around innovative security solutions.
Requirements
- Completed EFZ training in Informatics and further education at HF/FH level in Informatics or Cyber Security.
- Strong professional and practical knowledge of Network Security.
- Customer understanding and B2B experience.
- Experience with ICT Security, including SSE/SASE, telecommunications, cloud, and data security.
- Customer-oriented, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Able to set priorities, make decisions, and analyze complex problems and situations conceptually.
- Very good German and English; French and Italian are advantageous.
