Base Salary
$90k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist the Development Manager with software design and coding activities.
- Build engineering automation applications and modify existing applications in the RAPIL codebase.
- Write, maintain, and improve internal software tools and applications using C# and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners and other engineers on development projects.
- Address minor bugs, respond to development-team requests, and monitor internal system performance.
- Gather user feedback about program functionality and support documentation efforts.
- Conduct development tests and write unit tests.
- Attend company development meetings and continuously improve knowledge of the codebase.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science is required; CIS is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience developing against the Autodesk Revit API.
- Proficiency with the WPF Framework and knowledge of databases and operating systems.
- Working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic coding knowledge in C#, HTML5, and JavaScript, plus basic programming fundamentals.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies, follow instructions, work collaboratively, and understand organizational goals.
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight stays.
- Jira and Git experience are preferred, and Blazor proficiency is a plus.
