Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js or Python.
- Design and implement business-critical systems such as subscription and billing.
- Integrate third-party payment systems like Stripe and PayPal.
- Design scalable APIs and backend architectures.
- Collaborate with product and front-end teams to ship features quickly.
- Apply modular design and abstraction to improve maintainability.
- Use AI tools to build automation workflows and improve productivity.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of backend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Hands-on experience integrating payment systems like Stripe.
- Strong understanding of API design and web architectures.
- Experience with microservices or modular system design.
- Strong ownership and ability to deliver end-to-end features.
- Familiarity with AI tools in development workflows.
- Good English communication skills.
