- Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations.
- Knowledge of front-end design using HTML and CSS.
- Experience in back-end development for server-side applications and data manipulation.
