Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end features for the AI agent platform across Python/FastAPI backend services, AWS serverless infrastructure, and React/TypeScript frontend applications.
- Develop conversational copilot experiences including chat UI components, streaming responses, rich in-chat interactions, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Improve agent execution, external tool integrations, error handling, and production reliability.
- Own work through scoping, implementation, testing, release, iteration, and customer-feedback review.
- Use AI tools such as Claude in daily development and build AI-native capabilities where appropriate.
- Review pull requests, improve test coverage and CI/CD, and contribute to engineering excellence.
- Participate in team planning, demos, technical discussions, daytime operations, and an eventual on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Prior industry experience building full-stack web applications; this is not an entry-level position.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript, including rich interactive user interfaces.
- Experience with Python backend development, RESTful APIs, and databases.
- Experience integrating with AWS or similar cloud providers.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and fluency in written and spoken English.
