Base Salary
$75k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain applications using the .NET Framework and C#.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce Workflow, Process Builder, and Flow.
- Build Salesforce triggers, components, pages, and integrations.
- Support SaaS and on-premises workflow tools, cross-system integrations, databases, REST APIs, and application communications.
- Perform Salesforce administration, database support, configuration maintenance, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and sustaining integration work.
- Conduct internal system audits and support application upgrades.
- Create deployment packages through the CACI DevOps platform for production environments.
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations with cloud-operated platforms.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scoping, and completion of new development requests.
- Gather and document requirements with internal users and support application lifecycle changes.
- Assist with training users and preparing Salesforce platform documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com development, including debugging existing codebases and corrective actions.
- At least 2 years of direct .NET Framework and C# experience.
- Strong data management skills and experience with system APIs and integrations.
- Experience with cloud-hosted service management and service integrations, preferably AWS.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, functionality, and custom component development.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with end users.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II certifications.
- Strong problem-solving, project support, prioritization, communication, and delivery skills.
