Responsibilities
- Enhance and improve the internal tech platform, including an API and user-facing applications.
- Develop and maintain in-house applications and tools for Netlight employees.
- Set up guidelines and templates for application development.
- Share experiences and provide guidance to other employees.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional agile team.
Requirements
- Higher education in computer science or engineering.
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a backend developer.
- Proficient in Java and/or Kotlin.
- Good to have knowledge of Typescript and AWS.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust.
- Self-driven with a strong ability to cooperate in a team.
