Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce grants-management capabilities using Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector.
- Build Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio components, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform integrations using a configuration-first approach.
- Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and technical designs into secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Develop and support integrations with governmentwide services, financial systems, analytics platforms, and legacy applications.
- Create unit tests, participate in peer reviews, and resolve defects from functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Support data migration through mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and error resolution.
- Participate in CI/CD, environment management, release planning, deployments, and post-release production support.
- Document configurations and technical decisions while meeting federal security, privacy, accessibility, and operational-readiness requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, testers, product owners, and government stakeholders throughout delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions in an Agile delivery environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
- Active Salesforce certification; Platform Developer I is preferred, while Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer II certifications are valued.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
- U.S. citizenship and authorization to work in the United States are required, and all work must be performed within the United States.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Government Cloud, or comparable Salesforce industry solutions.
- Preferred experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SQL, unit testing, debugging, REST or SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, Salesforce DX, source control, and CI/CD processes.
- Preferred experience with federal grants-management or case-management platforms, government technology programs, federal security and privacy requirements, ATO processes, DevSecOps, and complex data migrations.
- Additional Salesforce certifications or relevant Trailhead achievements are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, organization, attention-to-detail, and prioritization skills are required.
