Responsibilities
- Develop innovative, scalable, and practical AI solutions for international customers.
- Own the technical lifecycle of AI solutions from initial concept through development, delivery, and optimization.
- Advise customers on AI technologies and applications and design tailored solutions.
- Architect end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions using open-source and cloud-native technologies, including production MLOps and LLMOps.
- Collaborate with international teams, conduct workshops, and provide technical guidance to customers and colleagues.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and support proposals and customer workshops.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or a related field; a master's degree or Ph.D. is advantageous.
- At least four years of experience developing and implementing AI and machine-learning solutions on premises and in the cloud.
- At least one year of experience developing GenAI solutions such as RAG or agents.
- Proven programming experience, preferably with Python, and experience with AI and GenAI frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Kubeflow, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Ability to design, develop, and build software solutions, ideally for AI and GenAI projects.
- Strong German and English communication skills, independent and collaborative working ability, time management, and problem-solving skills.
