Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and customize ServiceNow modules, tables, business rules, scripts, and custom workflows.
- Administer the ServiceNow front end, user roles, groups, permissions, and platform operations and maintenance.
- Define data tables and business logic and support data transformation activities.
- Manage update-set migrations to sub-production and production environments.
- Troubleshoot production problems and provide ServiceNow integration and development support for external systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with project managers, systems engineers, system architects, and system integrators through the full software development lifecycle.
- Support agile planning, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, web technologies such as XML, HTML, or CSS, and relational databases.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules and modifying ServiceNow tables.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow business rules, scripting, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience providing integration and development support for external systems.
- Experience using the Sponsor’s ServiceNow platform and developing custom ServiceNow workflows is preferred.
