Responsibilities
- Lead the technical evolution of the corporate website on Webflow.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the Webflow implementation.
- Manage technical implementation of third-party integrations.
- Implement and maintain best practices for technical SEO and AEO.
- Collaborate with marketing to publish and update website content.
- Build templates and components for campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure site experiences are optimized for conversion.
- Establish best practices for componentization and code review.
- Champion mobile, accessibility, and user-friendly design.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of web development experience, including 1 year with Webflow.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and user experience.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- Knowledge of technical SEO, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Skilled in collaborating with marketing and demand generation teams.
- Ability to interpret designs in Figma and work with design systems.
