Software Engineer III - AI Engineering

- Deliver AI/ML projects through the machine learning development life cycle.
- Translate business requirements into AI/ML specifications, define milestones, and support timely delivery.
- Design, develop, execute, and troubleshoot technical solutions.
- Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms integrated with existing systems.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
- Analyze large and diverse data sets and develop visualizations and reporting.
- Identify data patterns and opportunities to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Contribute to software engineering communities and explore emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience developing production AI/ML solutions.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Auto-GPT.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Expertise in at least one area including large language models, natural language processing, knowledge graphs, computer vision, speech recognition, reinforcement learning, ranking and recommendation, or time series analysis.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, and statistics.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, PyG, Keras, MXNet, or scikit-learn.
- Strong programming knowledge of Python and Spark, with proficiency in NumPy and SciPy vector operations.
- Experience with distributed computation using multithreading, multiple GPUs, Dask, Ray, or Polars.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services including EMR and SageMaker.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle, application resiliency, and security.
- Preferred exposure to cloud technologies.
