Base Salary
$153k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new People products.
- Engage internal stakeholders to understand problems and design software solutions.
- Build full-stack products for HR, culture, recruiting, and people development.
- Work with research teams to provide feedback and iterate on applying their latest models.
- Collaborate with engineers, HRBPs, recruiters, researchers, product managers, designers, and operations professionals.
- Develop new products and AI-powered automations in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles, excluding internships.
- Demonstrate proficiency with JavaScript, React, and other web technologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency with a backend language, specifically Python in the team’s stack.
- Have some experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
- Show interest in AI/ML, though direct experience is not required.
- Be able to work quickly with loosely defined tasks and competing priorities or deadlines.
- Experience as a founder or early startup engineer who built a product from scratch is a plus.
- Interest in company culture or recruiting talented people is a plus.
