Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions for liquidity and cash management platforms.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and drive architecture decisions with architects and senior stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor engineers, create growth opportunities, and promote technical excellence and quality practices.
- Own development, production support, reliability, incident response, problem resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Translate investment and liquidity management requirements into engineering solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native patterns and modernization of liquidity management systems.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, Bachelor’s in Computer Applications, or Master’s in Computer Applications.
- Strong experience with Golang, Python, and/or Java.
- Hands-on experience with API design, microservices architecture, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with event-driven and distributed systems is preferred.
- Experience with Angular and/or React and the ability to contribute across the full stack.
- Experience with AWS Cloud, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, Storage Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, TDD or automated testing, production support, and operational ownership.
- Financial domain knowledge, product ownership mentality, learning mindset, and coaching ability.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude is preferred.
