Responsibilities
- Own NLP and Generative AI solutions from design through production.
- Develop LLM-based chatbots, RAG systems, and AI assistants.
- Design data ingestion, preprocessing, and document update pipelines.
- Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation workflows.
- Build asynchronous APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Handle rate limits, retries, load balancing, and fault tolerance for LLM APIs.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on Azure Cloud.
- Deliver rapid proofs of concept and minimum viable products under tight timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in NLP, AI, or ML.
- Advanced Python skills.
- Experience with NLP and Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or other LLM platforms.
- Experience with Azure Cloud services including App Service, Storage, AI Search, and Cosmos DB.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask for asynchronous APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD, logging, and monitoring using Jenkins and OpenTelemetry.
- Proven production deployment experience with Generative AI systems.
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architecture, agentic libraries, computer vision, and document processing.
- 15 years of full-time education.
