Responsibilities
- Own NLP and Generative AI solutions from design through production.
- Develop LLM-based chatbots, RAG systems, AI assistants, and other AI-powered applications.
- Design data ingestion, preprocessing, and document update pipelines.
- Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation workflows.
- Build asynchronous REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Handle LLM API rate limits, retries, load balancing, and fault tolerance.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on Azure Cloud.
- Deliver rapid proofs of concept and MVPs under tight timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and support overall delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of total experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in NLP, AI, or ML is required.
- Advanced Python skills are required.
- Strong experience with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering is required.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or other LLM platforms is required.
- Experience with Azure Cloud services including App Service, Storage, AI Search, and Cosmos DB is required.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask for asynchronous API development is required.
- Experience with production deployment of Generative AI systems is required.
- Experience with vector databases, agentic libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen, computer vision, and document processing is relevant.
- Experience with Jenkins, OpenTelemetry, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD is relevant.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
