Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop modular, reusable, scalable components, libraries, and enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Lead the design and implementation of RESTful and GraphQL APIs using .NET.
- Drive application performance, reliability, and scalability through architecture reviews and optimization initiatives.
- Champion automated testing, quality engineering, and CI/CD practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Lead adoption of cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methods.
- Use AI-powered development tools, prompt engineering, and AI agents to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.
- Build and integrate AI agents and agent orchestration frameworks for scalable enterprise applications.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices and coach teams on effective AI usage.
- Stay current with web development trends and generative AI advancements and guide their adoption across teams.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
- Extensive experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js and/or Vue.js, CSS, SASS/LESS, responsive design, and modern web application patterns.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and distributed applications.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
- Experience with NUnit, xUnit, Moq, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, monolithic, and serverless architectures, including API security and scalability considerations.
- Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Docker, and DevOps practices.
- Experience leading technical discussions, architecture and code reviews, and engineering team mentoring.
- Experience with prompt engineering for large language models, AI agents, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to design and build secure, scalable, AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence technical direction, drive engineering excellence, and foster continuous learning and innovation.
