Responsibilities
- Perform holistic triage of security alerts across SIEM, EDR, identity, network, and cloud platforms.
- Investigate phishing, malware, account compromise, unauthorized access, and other security events.
- Identify root causes, analyze impact, and contain security attacks.
- Contribute to AI security and governance frameworks and best-practice controls.
- Improve SOC operations by scripting or using AI and machine learning to auto-triage alerts, summarize security logs, and support rapid incident response.
Requirements
- Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in SOC operations and/or security incident response.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end incident investigation or threat hunting.
- Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud, or identity security tools.
- Understanding of attack chains, MITRE ATT&CK, and forensic analysis.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
- Script programming or AI/machine-learning experience for security alert triage, log summarization, and incident response is preferred.
