Base Salary
$100k - $139k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure across enterprise cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain Terraform infrastructure-as-code scripts for consistent and automated provisioning.
- Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines for engineering teams.
- Support backend applications, microservices, and serverless components with a focus on Node.js runtimes.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and other observability systems.
- Audit cloud resource usage and implement cost-saving measures while preserving performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- 3 to 5 years of dedicated production-level experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or systems administration configurations.
- Hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and managing production workloads in a major public cloud environment such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong proficiency with Node.js and its ecosystem, plus Python or Bash.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code frameworks, specifically Terraform, and version-control workflows.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized microservices.
