Base Salary
$170k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own our monorepo CI/CD pipelines using Github Action and Buildkite.
- Maintain the observability stack with tools like Datadog and Grafana.
- Improve the speed and reliability of the CI/CD pipeline through Bazel caching and remote execution.
- Collaborate with engineers to materialize their CI requirements.
- Implement and operate Bazel remote execution for custom hardware and cloud-native environments.
- Build tooling to support engineering test flights.
- Enhance the code review process and align it company-wide.
- Develop bots and automation to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a software development role at engineering-led companies.
- Expertise in developer tooling, modern tools, and best practices.
- A generalist mindset with the ability to own problems end-to-end.
- A customer-centric mindset with experience in pair programming.
- Strong opinions on what constitutes an excellent software development experience.
