Responsibilities

Design, architect, and deploy customer-specific AI-powered workflow automation solutions using Atomicwork’s platform and modern AI frameworks.
Discover customer requirements and translate business problems into technical designs and implementation plans.
Implement integrations, automations, APIs, and microservices within customer environments.
Lead deployment cycles from prototype to production while ensuring reliability, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
Train and onboard customer technical teams on best-practice configuration and adoption.
Build strategic relationships with customer engineering and operations teams.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering and contribute customer insights to roadmap decisions.
Communicate technical concepts through documentation, demos, and discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong engineering and technical foundations with hands-on experience building and deploying solutions.
Backend development experience using Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies, including APIs and systems integration.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or automation technologies; production experience is a plus.
Experience working in startups or other high-ownership environments.
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for communicating with leadership and technical teams.
