Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deploy AI-powered workflow automation solutions.
- Conduct deep requirements discovery and translate business problems into technical designs.
- Work hands-on with enterprise customers as a trusted advisor.
- Implement integrations, automations, APIs, and microservices.
- Lead deployment cycles from prototype to production.
- Train and onboard customer technical teams.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with customer teams.
- Contribute insights from customer use cases to product and engineering.
- Champion AI adoption and workflow automation.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong engineering and technical foundations with hands-on experience.
- Experience with backend development using Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or automation technologies.
- Experience working in startups or high-ownership environments.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
