Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.

- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently across complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of Capgemini’s activity.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while managing difficult situations and commercial considerations.
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients.
- Contribute to the recruitment and development of people.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently in highly complex environments with significant responsibility.
- Strong technical leadership, judgment, innovation, and software engineering knowledge.
- Ability to understand business objectives, commercial principles, and negotiating considerations.
- Ability to collaborate with software engineers, stakeholders, clients, and broader teams.
