Responsibilities

Deploy and fine-tune LLM models for domain-specific tasks.
Build evaluation infrastructure and benchmarking pipelines across multiple datasets and tasks.
Apply reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making to complex problems.
Build and own data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, versioning, and labeling.
Design and orchestrate multi-model agentic workflows using function calling, tool usage, RAG, and code interpreters.
Integrate AI solutions into production systems in partnership with production and software engineering teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Define and manage project deadlines while balancing workloads across multiple projects.

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or another related technical discipline.
Strong programming skills in one or more of C, C++, R, Java, and Python.
Advanced understanding of LLM and VLM architectures, post-training methods including fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, and evaluation pipelines.
Experience with data and systems engineering for large-scale model workflows.
Experience with deep learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Fluency with at least one of Cursor, Windsurf, Trae, Gemini CLI, Claude Code, Codex, or a similar tool.
Experience applying, fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying LLMs to industrial real-world use cases is preferred.
Strong enterprise project experience with machine learning and AI.
Effective communication, analytical problem-solving, learning agility, and flexibility.
