Responsibilities
- Enhance business-critical banking software and implement complex requirements as sustainable software solutions.
- Develop COBOL applications on mainframes and in Docker-based server environments.
- Contribute to Java application development on IBM Liberty Server and in cloud environments.
- Work in an agile team with end-to-end responsibility from conception and development through deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT colleagues to solve complex technical and business problems.
- Build knowledge of the domain relationships involved in securities account administration.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Very strong COBOL programming skills.
- Several years of software development experience in a demanding application context.
- Java knowledge is desirable.
- Interest in the business processes surrounding securities account administration.
- Very good German and English language skills.
