Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions for processing large-scale research.
- Optimize performance for distributed services handling numerous agents.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable systems.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proven track record as an individual contributor on medium to large projects.
- Experience managing, designing, and deploying distributed services in production.
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and facilitate discussions.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Go, Redis, PubSub, RPC, Postgres, S3, and Temporal.
