Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Automate ad creation while enforcing advertiser constraints and optimizing return on investment.
- Drive product adoption through quality improvements, data models, extraction, and data-driven execution.
- Build scalable end-to-end infrastructure meeting tight latency and freshness requirements.
- Collaborate with prediction, auction, data flow, and other partner systems to identify and deliver solutions.
- Set technical roadmaps, goals, and cross-team Objectives and Key Results while taking on technical leadership responsibilities.
- Refine user and advertiser experiences to meet their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.
- 8 years of experience with ML/AI algorithms, tools, deep learning, or other AI/ML modeling.
- 8 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, including 5 years with software design and architecture.
- 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing ML infrastructure.
- 2 years of experience with Generative AI techniques or related concepts such as LLMs, multimodal models, and vision models.
- Preferred: PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with GenAI model fine-tuning, building large language models, product enablement exploration, and applying GenAI and ML to real-world content problems.
- Preferred: strong mathematical and statistical skills, familiarity with Search/Ads infrastructure or auction mechanics, and programming skills leveraging GenAI tools.
Benefits
- US base salary of $207000 - $300000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
