Base Salary

$94k - $183k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Formulate partner-focused plans and enablement strategies aligned to the MSP Aggregation model.
  • Provide technical leadership to the MSP partner ecosystem.
  • Guide new MSP partners through onboarding and deployment planning.
  • Transition existing customers into MSP care and management.
  • Build relationships with internal departments to support sales campaigns.
  • Distill discovery conversations into concise messaging for stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership on Commvault’s cyber resilience strategy.
  • Collaborate on solution proposals with business sponsors.
  • Propose and demonstrate Commvault products through various methods.
  • Lead technical sales calls and assist partners with opportunity qualification.
  • Participate in QBRs, contributing technical insights.
  • Provide technical expertise and enablement support for partners.
  • Engage senior IT leadership to address key business issues.
  • Maintain visibility into onboarding progress and customer health.
  • Keep management informed of key issues impacting business results.
  • Assist with product or process improvements.
  • Continuously develop technical and market expertise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in the software, SaaS, or storage industry with 3+ years working with MSPs.
  • Experience delivering and supporting MSP clients and partner-led territories.
  • Engagement experience with partner organizations and end customers.
  • Proven experience in onboarding and deployment of SaaS solutions.
  • Prior experience with Commvault technology is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP marketplace and service delivery models.
  • Experience selling and architecting data management solutions.
  • Ability to operate in a rapid growth environment.
  • Experience establishing cross-functional teams for partner support.
  • Working knowledge of software licensing practices.
  • Specialized knowledge of major operating systems or cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including storage and networking.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with business case creation experience.
  • Ability to work organized using tools like Salesforce.
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or SPIN.
  • Proven success in engaging MSP marketplace accounts.
  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
