Responsibilities
- Build scalable, maintainable automation solutions in UiPath Studio and reusable components, activities, assets, and queues in UiPath Orchestrator.
- Develop Claude-powered AI-agent workflows, including tool schemas, decision logic, prompt-to-output pipelines, output validation, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop triggers.
- Validate solution design documents and identify gaps, ambiguities, technical risks, and integration constraints before and during development.
- Integrate automations with enterprise systems, APIs, ERPs, CRMs, and document platforms, including authentication, error handling, retries, payload processing, and response parsing.
- Write Python, JavaScript, and C# scripts, custom UiPath activities, lightweight backend components, data transformations, webhook handlers, and queue-management utilities.
- Create and execute unit tests and pre-UAT procedures, support UAT, triage defects, and resolve assigned issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, go-live support, and post-deployment stabilization.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of hands-on development experience, including at least two years working with UiPath in a client-facing or professional-services environment.
- Production experience building and deploying AI-agent or LLM-integrated solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation architecture, reusability patterns, exception handling, Orchestrator asset management, and queue-based processing.
- Experience with sprint-based agile delivery, backlog grooming, iterative releases, and defect management.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, including authentication, error handling, payload management, and response parsing.
- Proficiency with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework across development and deployment lifecycles.
- Experience with Anthropic Claude API or OpenAI API, including tool use, structured outputs, prompt chaining, and output validation.
- Working knowledge of JSON and Python or C# for custom activities, data transformation, and UiPath extensions.
- Experience with Postman or equivalent API testing tools.
- Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps for sprint tracking and defect management.
- Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is a plus.
