Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for ad targeting and personalization systems.
- Analyze large-scale advertising performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve ad spend efficiency.
- Collaborate with advertising teams to integrate ML solutions into the ad platform.
- Research and implement algorithms and tools that improve ad relevance and effectiveness.
- Document technical insights and share best practices across engineering teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building and deploying machine learning models for advertising systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency with TensorFlow or PyTorch and expert-level Python programming skills.
- Proven ability to process large-scale datasets and extract analytical insights.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and innovative thinking in advertising technology.
- Familiarity with ad platforms, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Experience with statistical methods and performance optimization for ML systems.
