Responsibilities
- Design and develop game features and functionality using Unreal Engine 5.
- Develop tools for engineering teams and content creators.
- Define and scope tasks and systems.
- Triage and address bugs.
- Own features end-to-end across gameplay, meta, and core technology while collaborating with design and backend teams.
Requirements
- Previous software engineering experience in the game industry using Unreal Engine.
- Demonstrated proficiency in C++.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software methodologies.
- Working knowledge of version control systems and workflows, including GitHub and Perforce/Helix Core.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Mobile game development experience is preferred.
- Performance profiling and optimization experience is preferred.
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5 or later is preferred.
