Responsibilities
- Develop AI-enabled software applications, intelligent business solutions, APIs, backend services, and scalable system components.
- Build, train, evaluate, deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models and data processing pipelines.
- Develop generative AI, LLM, RAG, embedding, vector database, and AI-agent solutions with tool integration and workflow orchestration.
- Integrate manufacturing, operational, and enterprise data sources and perform preprocessing, cleansing, validation, and transformation.
- Deploy cloud-based applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containers, Kubernetes, serverless services, managed databases, monitoring, and security controls.
- Implement MLOps and LLMOps processes for model lifecycle management, experiment tracking, automated evaluation, monitoring, version control, and controlled releases.
- Perform unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, AI workflow, and model evaluation testing, including hallucination detection and regression analysis.
- Apply secure coding, OWASP standards, prompt-injection protection, data privacy safeguards, access management, and agent security controls.
- Design scalable components, evaluate technical trade-offs, document decisions, troubleshoot production issues, and support enterprise architecture.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, own critical components, and lead technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related technical roles.
- Experience developing cloud-based applications and enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks, as well as API, database, and cloud-service integration.
- Basic understanding of DevOps and MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of machine learning model development, deep learning fundamentals, generative AI, LLMs, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong software engineering knowledge, including clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, concurrency, refactoring, Git workflows, and large-scale system development.
- Experience with LLM application development, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and AI-agent frameworks.
- Certifications in AI, cloud technologies, data engineering, or software development are a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, Industry 5.0, or smart-factory environments is preferred.
