Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application behavior and help maintain system reliability and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and support decisions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members in problem-solving and technical skills.
- Improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
