Responsibilities
- Design and build custom solutions within the Zendesk platform.
- Develop custom Zendesk apps using React, TypeScript, or Zendesk Garden.
- Utilize APIs to integrate Zendesk with other applications.
- Maintain the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for support tools.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Document customizations, configurations, and integrations for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process optimizations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Zendesk environment design and support.
- Proficiency in Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF).
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Front End Engineer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
- Deep knowledge of RESTful architecture and API management.
- Competence in SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of customer service and support processes.
