Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom solutions within the Zendesk platform.
  • Develop custom Zendesk apps using React, TypeScript, or Zendesk Garden.
  • Utilize APIs to integrate Zendesk with other applications.
  • Maintain the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for support tools.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Document customizations, configurations, and integrations for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process optimizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Zendesk environment design and support.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Front End Engineer.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
  • Deep knowledge of RESTful architecture and API management.
  • Competence in SQL or NoSQL databases.
  • Solid understanding of customer service and support processes.
