Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of new features and product experiences.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant APIs and web applications.
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship product features.
- Work with engineers to build scalable, fast, and secure applications for critical healthcare environments.
- Help cultivate a strong engineering and product culture.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of full stack software development experience and the ability to work across the stack.
- Be fluent in TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies.
- Be fluent in one or more backend programming languages, particularly Python.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
- Show proactive problem-solving, ownership, independence, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Be interested in building AI/ML-powered healthcare products.
