Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams and Product Managers in workshops to help define new product features.
- Design, build, optimise, and maintain iOS features for catalogue browsing, product customisation, and basket creation.
- Own developed components, manage timelines, and communicate progress toward team and organisational goals.
- Deliver high-quality, clean, isolated, reusable, efficient, and readable software.
- Collaborate with product owners, delivery managers, UX designers, and client- and server-side engineers.
- Share development practices, patterns, and standards with the iOS guild.
- Support contributing teams as a Trusted Committer within the inner-source model.
- Write and maintain integration, unit, and UI tests as part of the definition of done.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI for iOS development.
- Demonstrable deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystem.
- Experience with integration, unit, and UI testing.
- Familiarity with MVP, MVVM, and MVC architectural patterns.
- Strong capability in continuous integration practices and tools.
- Proficiency with Git and other code versioning tools.
- Proficiency using RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications with back-end services.
- Experience with enterprise tools and continuous integration systems for iOS development.
- Ability to proactively share and seek information and contribute effectively across teams.
