Responsibilities

Support the installation, configuration, deployment, and integration of the ZYLENTIX platform into enterprise IT, OT, network, infrastructure, and security environments.
Develop and support on-premises, hybrid, and cloud deployment concepts.
Conduct technical workshops and analyze customer requirements and technical use cases.
Advise enterprise customers on cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and compliance topics.
Provide long-term technical customer support after go-live and identify new use cases, business units, product areas, and locations for expansion.
Collect, structure, and prioritize customer feedback, pain points, technical requirements, and organizational needs through implementation.
Coordinate customers, internal teams, and external partners throughout implementation projects.
Track progress, risks, and open issues; document architecture, operations, and integration concepts; and lead status meetings.

Experience in enterprise IT, OT, cybersecurity, or software implementation projects.
Good understanding of modern IT/OT, network, and infrastructure architectures.
Strong interest in working with customers to solve technical challenges collaboratively.
Experience working with varied stakeholders and complex enterprise structures.
Technical understanding of Linux, containerization, APIs, and software solution integration.
Knowledge of vulnerability management, asset management, or security operations is preferred.
Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or industrial environments is a plus but not required.
