Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new features and scale backend capabilities focused on core APIs.
- Scale the ingestion and AI systems.
- Work closely with prospects and customers to build production solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and customers to iterate on features and product direction.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of backend engineering experience.
- Experience shipping entirely new product features from prototype through production for end users.
- Experience shipping applications at scale.
- Experience or interest in AI/LLM-native applications.
- Ability to rapidly iterate with customers and engineers, translate feedback into features, and support proactive user discovery.
- Experience contributing to product roadmap development for core features.
