Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform, including governance, user access, permissions, releases, reliability, security, and data quality.
- Optimize Quote-to-Order processes by configuring products, bundles, pricing, discounting, quote templates, approval workflows, and commercial business rules.
- Configure Salesforce Flows and OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support Apex and Lightning Web Components development where required.
- Support Salesforce integrations with ERP and connected systems, including API-based integrations, data orchestration, and troubleshooting.
- Gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, provide training and documentation, and advise users on Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly known as Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications are considered a strong advantage.
