Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities including sales presentations, solutioning and scoping discussions, workshops, and implementation-effort estimates.
- Lead engagement teams delivering customer outcomes through Workflow application interconnectivity, technology-landscape integration, and governance guidance.
- Advise senior leaders and CXO stakeholders on implementation roadmaps and change-management practices.
- Design ServiceNow Technology Workflow solutions, document customer use cases, and promote product capabilities and roadmaps.
- Conduct office hours, presentations, webinars, and learning events for delivery and go-to-market stakeholders.
- Improve delivery and engagement materials and mentor ServiceNow delivery teams and partners.
- Travel up to 50% annually based on customer needs and internal meetings.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of consultation and/or configuration experience implementing complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
- At least 5 years of consultation and/or configuration experience implementing the ServiceNow Technology Workflow solution suite.
- Broad experience across leading technology software platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to consult with and influence senior leaders, identify needs, present options and risks, and provide thought leadership.
- Experience gathering technical and business requirements, analyzing information, and designing comprehensive solutions for technical and non-technical customers.
- Ability to create visually rich conceptual designs, wireframes, workflows, diagrams, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Experience conducting solution presentations and obtaining customer acceptance.
- Required Certified System Administrator certification, or ability to obtain it within the first 60 days.
- At least two relevant Certified Implementation Specialist certifications, including ITSM or ITOM certifications.
- Desired Certified Technical Architect certification, required or to be achieved within the first 365 days.
