Base Salary
$121k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise application architecture standards and reusable services, APIs, database utilities, and frameworks.
- Design secure, scalable, highly available, resilient application solutions and establish application, database, integration, security, and data architecture standards.
- Lead Oracle database architecture and design, including logical and physical models, database objects, complex SQL and PL/SQL, and data access patterns.
- Define integration approaches and API standards for internal systems, external applications, databases, and third-party services.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to software engineers and development teams across the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure applications meet operational, disaster recovery, monitoring, observability, security, and data protection standards.
- Present technical solutions and facilitate architecture and technology decisions with business stakeholders and technology teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of related experience with a four-year degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise with Oracle Database, SQL, and application/database integration.
- Strong experience designing enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with application performance, scalability, security, and resiliency.
- Experience creating architecture documentation and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
