Responsibilities
- Own cross-organizational technical problems that lack clear ownership.
- Shape the technical strategy and influence platform direction.

Requirements
- 12+ years of full-stack engineering experience with production systems.
- Experience operating at Staff level or above with influence without authority.
- Ability to think in systems and understand interactions between various components.
- Deep familiarity with AI tools and their impact on system design.
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers and improving their performance.
- Comfortable defining and addressing undefined problems.
- Strong product and business mindset focused on creating lasting value.
