Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI systems for autonomous reasoning, planning, tool use, and multi-step execution.
- Build and optimize RAG, hybrid AI, knowledge-grounded, self-improving, and multi-agent architectures.
- Apply LLM post-training techniques including supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning, distillation, and domain adaptation.
- Create evaluation, benchmarking, observability, and safety frameworks for AI agents.
- Develop orchestration frameworks for collaborative agent workflows and intelligent task automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Research advancements in Agentic AI, reasoning models, post-training, model routing, autonomous agents, and enterprise AI architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Practical experience deploying and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG architectures, and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, containerization, microservices architecture, ML operations, and model deployment pipelines.
- Background in reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought techniques, and AI ethics or responsible AI development.
- Open-source AI contributions are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and code-quality skills.
