Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems to scale AI solutions for over 167,000 customers.
- Develop reliable and scalable data collection and processing pipelines for machine learning models.
- Create robust services to serve AI models in production environments.
- Contribute to evolving the agentic architecture for improved AI agent performance.
- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and customer-centric product thinking.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a backend engineer building scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience in deploying generative AI and agentic AI applications into production.
- Proficient in Python and modern backend frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
- Knowledge of big data tools such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing and distributed task queues like Celery or Kafka.
- Understanding of database technologies and ORMs like SQLAlchemy.
- Ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven by curiosity and a commitment to staying updated in the AI field.
