Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom software solutions and components across systems and applications.
- Implement functional and technical requirements according to design documents.
- Lead technical requirements gathering, design workshops, high- and low-level design, and development for in-scope components.
- Drive integrations and migration architecture with other applications.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into application functionality.
- Establish and monitor governance processes across multiple Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation instances.
- Design and review compensation plans, credit rules, integrations, data model extensions, workflows, payments, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide architecture recommendations, best-practice guidance, and continuous-improvement alternatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in client-facing engagements.
- Guide and train team members and contribute to thought leadership and practice building.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- Approximately 9–12 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant, including at least 3–4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation implementations.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation capabilities, including compensation plans, payment lifecycle, integrations, data model extensions, classification and credit rules, transaction process management, workflows and approvals, participation management, security, import/export, payment processing, payment plans, dispute management, SOAP/REST APIs, user-defined queries, formulas, reports, dashboards, and configuration workbooks.
- Experience establishing unified design and documentation standards and guidelines.
- Experience participating in requirements and design discussions for global Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation implementations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s university degree in technology or engineering, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Good communication, proactive working style, and ability to guide and train team members.
- Preferred experience with territory and quota management, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle B2B Service Cloud, continuous integration and development, and current Oracle Fusion Sales or Incentive Compensation certification.
